(I) Warranty period of goods
1. After the whole machine is accepted, it will be Warranty for one year (except consumables).
2. After the warranty period, we will continue to provide users with complete and timely technical support and after-sales service.
3. Adopt a multi-level technical response method and provide a technical support hotline.
4. Provide free software upgrades.
(II) Packaging, transportation, installation guidance and training
1. All goods packaging provided by the seller is suitable for long-distance transportation, moisture-proof, shock-proof and reasonable loading and unloading to ensure that the goods arrive at the site safely and intact. The mode of transportation is generally sea transportation and truck transportation. If there are special circumstances, it can be negotiated with the buyer. The seller is responsible for replacement and all expenses for damage or loss of goods caused by poor packaging or improper transportation.
2. The seller is responsible for free video guidance, installation, commissioning and training services for the equipment.
3. The seller provides an installation plan for the buyer’s approval, and the buyer should cooperate with the seller to prepare for installation and commissioning.
4. If necessary, the seller will send engineers with many years of work experience to the site to be responsible for testing and commissioning. During the installation and commissioning period, the user will receive free technical training (operation, electrical maintenance, etc.), submit the test and commissioning methods and record forms for testing its design, manufacturing, operation effect, etc. to the buyer, and provide all the tools, materials, instruments and complete training materials required for testing and commissioning.
5. The training will enable the buyer’s technical personnel to master the equipment operation technology, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and be able to skillfully eliminate general equipment failures.
